No, it did not rain this week when I wanted to be outside photographing. And no, neither of the images in this post features rain. It’s simply that I did not make time this week for photography.
All I made time for this week was a few quick shots around the house.
The trellis by our back deck is overgrown with vines and ground cover. This weed-like plant has decided to try to take over the trellis. I’m sure it’s better to call it a “native plant,” but the equally weed-like vines and ground cover might beg to differ.
As they approach the back door, it increasinly looks like I’m gowing to suffer a plant-based home invasion. Sooner or later there’s going to be a battle near my back door. Me and my clippers vs. the fecundity of nature.
