These photos are from the beginning of the month. On a weekend morning I notice the combination of a strong rising sun and low-lying but heavy fog and quick rushed to a nearby conservation area, Roselle Park. Here are my favorites from a quick photoshoot, racing to get good images before the sun rose too high and the fog dissipated.
This is what greeted me as I entered the park and started up one of the paths.
Then, another gift, a man and his dog coming out of the fog through the light.
It is hard to go wrong with light like this. I exaggerated the warmth with a “recipe” from Fuji X Weekly.
And, finally, two with power lines. I love images that combine nature and built environments.
